Data deletion
You can ask CargoNook to delete account-linked profile data and remove or unlink measurement contributions where practical.
How to request deletion
Email dwaynecharrington@gmail.com from the email address connected to your CargoNook account. Include "CargoNook data deletion" in the subject so we can identify the request.
What we remove
We remove account-linked profile details, saved vehicles, and saved fit-check records. Measurement contributions may be anonymised or unlinked when they are useful to other CargoNook users.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will reply if we need more information to confirm account ownership.
