CargoNook stores the data needed to save vehicles, run fit checks, improve measurements, and keep your account available across devices.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your email, display name, region, sign-in provider, saved vehicles, fit checks, measurement contributions, product selections, and settings you choose in the app.
How we use it
We use this information to operate CargoNook, show your saved vehicles, estimate fit results, improve cargo measurements, prevent low-quality or duplicate submissions, support account access, and respond to support requests.
Community data
Measurements, notes, confidence signals, and verification activity may be combined with other contributions to improve shared vehicle cargo profiles. Where practical, public measurement data is shown without exposing your email address.
Photos and location
If photo or location features are enabled, share only what is needed for the measurement or regional fit context. Avoid faces, number plates, addresses, and private belongings.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of account-linked profile data from the data deletion page. Useful measurement contributions may be anonymised or unlinked where practical so community fit data does not break for everyone else.
